Game Vs. Marietta

After the disapointing loss to Baldwin-Wallace the Muskie's were set up to play rival Marietta. This would be the homecoming game for the Muskie's and they were looking to get their second win of the season. This would be a hard fought game between both teams and would have a low score of 7 to 6 after the first half with the Muskie's in the lead. During the second half the Muskie's would tackle Mariettas running back in the endzone for a safety. The the Pioneers would score again making the score 12 to 9. In the fourth quarter with about 12 minutes left in the game the Muskie's would score making the score 15 to 12. The game would be decided by the last play of the game as Marietta went for the win the Muskie's stoped them and would win the game as time expired.

  1. If Ben Baker would have played in this game he would have probably broke all of the schools rushing records. Shout out to Big Ben #76

  2. I went to this game and it was a good, close game. It was homecoming so I was in the parade for my sorority and saw them warming up. My parents came and my friends and I sat with them. It was way cold out but a good game!
